VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS
Please use the resources above only during active volunteer service at an Iconic Studios Charities Inc. event. These tools help us maintain accurate records, ensure safety and supervision, and confirm volunteer participation.
Check-In Form
Complete this form when you first arrive at the event location.
Check-Out Form
Submit the check-out form before leaving so your hours are recorded accurately.
Youth Permission Slip
All volunteers under the age of 18, must have a completed Permission Slip on file.
Parents/guardians may:
- Print and send the form with the minor OR
- Upload it through the Contact Us section of this website's Home at least 72 hours before the event.
Volunteer Purchase Portal
Use this link to pay for volunteer uniforms, shirts, accessories, or required event materials.
