Ms. Chiquita Williams provides strategic leadership for Iconic Studios Charities Inc, guiding the organization’s programs, partnerships, community engagement, and long-term growth.
LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
She brings more than three decades of corporate leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, revenue cycle strategy, technology, organizational transformation, and cross-functional leadership. Her background also includes nearly 15 years in the home health technology sector as a Senior Product Owner and Scrum Master, where she specialized in Agile product development, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
With formal studies in psychology and business administration, Ms. Williams brings a people-centered, data-informed, and strategy-driven approach to leadership. She is known for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions, establishing accountability, and aligning people, processes, and technology to strengthen organizational performance.
Through Iconic Studios Charities Inc, she applies that experience to advancing initiatives focused on wellness, education, workforce readiness, economic mobility, environmental sustainability, and AI literacy.

An Atlanta native, Ms. Williams is deeply rooted in family, service, lifelong learning, and community. She values creating meaningful experiences, helping others, traveling, reading, and broadening her perspective. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in self-advocacy, accountability, and using lessons shaped by her own journey to help others navigate challenges with greater knowledge and confidence.
